Refund policy

In this unusual context, all sales are final and no refunds or returns will be possible until the end of this crisis and until further notice from us. All products are final sales, no returns or refunds on these products.

For any questions about returning merchandise, contact customer service at 450-684-0877.If you are not satisfied with your order, MédicoSanté can refund or exchange the items ordered. Items must be intact and returned within 30 days of order date. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with a copy of the completed return form.Unwrapped, damaged, soiled or incomplete packages will be refused.Return transport will be at your expense unless:

- the package is damaged by transport
-if we made a mistake in the order.

In these cases, we will send a carrier to pick up the merchandise from your home. We will bear the cost of ordering the items we replace.

GUARANTEES

We honor the warranties of most manufacturers. Defective items may be replaced, according to the policies or directives of the manufacturer. Shipping and handling charges may apply. If you have any questions regarding defective items, please contact our customer service first.

BILLING

Your credit card is debited after the order has been confirmed. You will not be charged any additional fees without your approval. All merchandise purchased from MédicoSanté remains its property until full payment is made. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address.
